  I absolutely LOVE this dentist office! I have had very bad experiences with dentist and my children. The staff in this office are amazing they make you feel right at home. There was an issue with my kids insurance and Gabriel at the front desk was helpful and patient. The dentist and the assistants (not sure of everyone’s names yet) were awesome. Went in for a check up and my son needed a root canal and they did it same day. Had an issue with the insurance not wanting to cover his crown and a lady staff member worked it out with the budget I had. The next visit he had to get his temp crown and the dentist was patient when my son didn’t want him to do the dreaded shot! My daughter had a baby tooth pull and he was so gentle. Did I mention that there was hardly any wait time. We were seen in 10 min or less! I would recommend this office. They are awesome. Thank you Gental Dental staff for making our experience tolerable!

  The Orthodontist was good. Explained everything well in a timely manner. However, I sat in the back to wait for nearly an hour after the consultation with the Doctor. No communication, sitting, waiting. Once I found the end of the internet on my phone I got up and went to the front. I asked if they could just call me with the information on cost etc. I was told she was on "hold" with my insurance.. so I left politely. Got a call and was quoted $3,330 for a 6 month invisalign treatment. Found a reputable ortho up here who would do it for $600. Too many choices to ever go back here in my opinion. Place could use a modern remodeling.

  My family and I have been going here for almost 4 years, and while my husband has never liked them and has since gone to another dentist, my daughter and I continued with their business. This review is for their billing department, which showed itself to be pretty shady! After getting a bill with no explanation for the charge and then getting the run a round from the office when calling about it, I decided to call my insurance. The office charged me for something that was a procedural error on their end, a $168.00 mistake for not getting approval from the insurance before the work was done. My insurance gave me 2 options: have them appeal the denial from the insurance or pay and file a grievance. Any good and honest business would eat the cost, since I'm not responsible for doing their job, but this doesn't seem to be the case with them. My daughter's visit was 6/2. I later went in on 8/11 for my visit. The bill was for 7/31, yet this wasn't brought to my attention while I was there, so it could be handled in person, instead they mail me a statement dated 8/21. This saddens me because I like the staff, so does my daughter. My daughter's very expensive $446.00 (which was paid in full) visit has now increased to a total of $614.00. Watch your statements as well, they charged my insurance for things I didn't have and coded things wrong. Again, the dental staff, hygienist, and receptionist are great, we will miss them, but we're taking our business somewhere else.
