  The worst experience ever! When I was signing up with him, he was nice and promised all of kinds things that he advised would be included in my house insurance. I later get paperwork in the mail weeks later advising that my yearly payment went from $1242 to $1342, then a week later more paperwork saying that it increased to $1700... I sent emails and called him multiple times and I never got a response back from him. I got a quote from Allstate that covered me for more and for $900 a year... I couldn't believe what John had done. Worst person/company to work with ever!

  John has been the agent for my home owners insurance policy for over 3 years. He was able to insure me when others couldn't due to my home being in a "High Fire Zone". He and his staff have always been extremely professional and his rates are very competitive. John will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and to keep your business, from what I've seen customer service is his top priority. I wouldn't put much stock in the negative reviews posted recently, any insurance company is going to cancel you if you don't pay your premium.
